All my life I lived in a city in the Urals. And this means: two months – summer, five – winter, and all the rest of the time – autumn. Of course, I did not have enough heat
and the sun. Therefore, when it was time to choose a university for admission, I stopped at Krasnodar University and decided to move to Krasnodar.
But there are frosts in the southernmost part of Russia. And I wanted summer to be all year round. And I decided to look for such places abroad.
I made a list of the countries of eternal summer, carefully checked them according to various criteria, which seemed to me important: do I need a visa, is it safe there, what is the level of medicine and life in general?
As a result, only one completely unknown country, Costa Rica, remained from the list. Information about it at that time was not so much, but then,
that I found, I liked it.
Costa Rica is a country in Central America with a population of about 5 million people, has a visa-free rules with Russia since 2014, affordable and quality medical care. This is the safest country in the region in which
28 national parks, the sea, the ocean and the paradise climate – it’s always summer and it’s not hot at the same time. But most importantly – Costa Rica has no army, and in the index of happiness in 2009 and 2012, it took 1 place!
Agree, on such an amazing country you want to at least just look.
And my mother and I took the unexpected decision for both of us – to move indefinitely to Costa Rica.
